Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal and Western Union. All PayPal orders are subject to phone verification.

Q: Do you offer monthly or automated renewal subscriptions?
A: We offer a live lead feed which can be processed automatically through PayPal. If you pay by western union you will need to manually pay each month.          

Q:
How quickly will my order be processed?
A: If you have ordered via paypal  you should receive a phone call at the number you provided within 2 hours. Once we have verified the order your leads will be delivered within an hour. If you ordered by Western Union your order will be delivered within 2 hours after payment is received. If you ordered after hours your order will be processed and leads will be delivered first thing the next morning.

Q: How are the leads delivered to me?   
A: The leads will be delivered via email. The email will contain a secure link where you will be able to download your files at your convenience.     

Q:
Do you offer geographic or gender sorting?
A:
We do offer leads from other countries and in some cases we can provide leads filtered by state. These packages are not always available but you can see what is available in our Special Offer section.

Q: Do you re-sell the leads to other people?
A: If you buy one of our current lead packages, you will have the leads exclusively for 30 days. After 30 days these leads are again offered as our semi aged leads package and will be sold 2 more times. At 60 days, the leads are sold as our aged leads package and are sold 2 more times. All of our leads are sold 5 times by the end of 90 days

Q:
Do you provide the IP address & timestamp with the leads?
A: Most of our leads come with complete information including IP address and timestamp. There are some cases where this is not true but these packages are rare and will be noted in our products section.

Q:
Are the leads mine to keep?
A: Yes, the leads you purchase are yours to keep. It is your responsibility to use them according to spam laws but you can use them any way you choose. We accept no responsibility for how you use them and consequences of your abuse of the leads you have purchased.

Q:
Can I speak to a company representative directly?
A:
Yes. Our contact page contains all of the information you need to speak directly to one of our representatives. In most cases we will answer email questions within 2 hours. If you call and have to leave a message, your call will be returned promptly.

Q:
Do you offer an Invalid Lead replacement policy?
A:
All packages are delivered with 20% more leads than ordered. This more than covers any undeliverable leads you may have. Most current lead packages will have a 95% deliverable rate so 20% more than compensates for the undeliverables. Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us and we will do whatever necessary to include you in our long list of satisfied customers.

Q:
Can I control the flow and delivery schedule of my leads
A:
No. Your leads are delivered to you within 2 hours after your order has been confirmed. At this time you will receive your entire order.

How do I get started?
A:
Simply select the package that you want and send payment. Your leads will be along shortly.
